Preorder of Apple Watch Series 2 should have started yesterday but it is still not available to purchase. We have still no information when it will be available. Apple site shows that we should have been able to purchase it on the 9th of September. Are there some countries with the same problem?

Poland is not included within the list of countries where Apple described pre-orders for Apple Watch as opening on 9 September.
"Customers will be able to order .. Apple Watch Series 2 .. beginning Friday, September 9, with availability beginning Friday, September 16, in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, the UK and the US."
It is instead described as being available in Poland from 23 September:
"Apple Watch .. Series 2 .. will be available beginning Friday, September 23 in Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, El Salvador, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Jersey, Kuwait, Macau, Monaco, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia and the US Virgin Islands."
As confirmed on the Apple Watch product page on Apple's website for Poland:
After clicking "Dowiedz sie wiecej" it says it will be available for preorder from the 9th of September.
So it does!
I suggest that you contact Apple for clarification (Apple Online Store, upper-left here):
